      KWS Builders was founded in 2005 by Ken Shipman and his wife Christina.  For six years prior to 2005 Ken had been building spec homes for resale. 
     At the age of 19 Ken started his first home.  About midway through the process he told Christina "this is exactly what I want to do for a living."  It is much easier to be successful if you enjoy and take pride in what you do.
     KWS Builders has grown to be one of the larger home builders in the Livingston area due to the blessings of the Lord and the commitment we have to each client.  We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community.
